The Station on Tranquille is a 6-storey mixed-use building in North Kamloops, developed by Arpa Investments. The building features a two-storey parkade, new office space for the United Way, a micro-brewery, and 47 residential units ranging in size from 342 to 840 square feet. It is the first development in Kamloops to feature micro-suites, and also includes 2 roof patios with the 6th floor patio offering panoramic views that extend from the North Thompson valley to Kamloops Lake.
